Raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, Jacobi R. Lewis experienced the power of sport through football, track, and wrestling. That experience stayed with him through a career in retail and energy leadership.

In 2017, he founded IGETIS in Houston, Texas, with a mission to energize and inspire world-leading athletes. The name comes from the Greek word for “leader”—a belief carried through the brand's apparel, accessories, and footwear vision.
